Check you have these before you start:

A phone or tablet with a working camera. It needs to be an Apple (iOS) or Android device.

An up-to-date operating system. Alivra works on the latest version of iOS or Android and the two versions before it. To check, go to your device's Settings, then look for Software Update (Apple) or System update (Android).

A steady internet connection. Use Wi-Fi or at least 4G.

Camera and notification access for Alivra. The app will ask for these the first time you open it. Tap Allow.

Space to move. A room with good light and a clear area of floor.
