Messaging your Physio and booking appointments

You can use Alivra to send messages to your treating physiotherapist (Health Coach) and book appointments.

Send a message:

  1. Open Alivra and go to Coach tab.
  2. Type your message and tap Send.
  3. Your clinician will reply when they can. It won't be straight away.

Book an appointment:

  1. Go to Plan.
  2. Book an Appointment and Choose a time that suits you.
  3. Confirm your booking.

Important: messages aren't for urgent problems. Your physio may not see your message for some time. If something is urgent, phone your surgical care team directly. In an emergency, call 000 (Australia) and 111(New Zealand).
