The Alivra Enhanced Care Program is $195 for 12 months and includes your first physio telehealth session. Extra physio telehealth sessions are $80 each and may be covered by your private health insurance.

Your $195 Alivra Enhanced Care Program includes:
- Your first physio telehealth session, where your physio gets to know you and sets up your personalised program
- 12 months' access to Alivra
- A personalised program for before and after your surgery, set by your physio
- Regular check-ins and a record of the exercise sessions you've completed
- Education and guidance about your surgery and recovery
- In-app messaging with your physio team
Extra physio sessions
Extra physio telehealth sessions with a registered physiotherapist are $80 per session.
If you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim part of this back. It depends on your fund and your level of extras cover. Check with your health fund before you book.
