Activate your Clinic Account

Before you begin

Your Practice Manager needs to have already submitted your invite — including your email, AHPRA number, name, speciality, and practice location — from the Clinicians screen in JointFit.

Step 1 — Wait for your invite email

Once Beyond The Clinic has verified your AHPRA registration, you'll receive an email from the JointFit team confirming your account has been created, with a username and temporary password.

Step 2 — Log in and set your password

Select Log In to Your Account in the email, sign in with the username and temporary password provided, and set a new permanent password when prompted.

Step 3 — Complete your profile

You'll land straight on your dashboard, with full access from the start. There are a few configuration steps to complete along the way — these help tailor JointFit to how you work, but they won't hold up your access to the platform.
