How do I sign in to the JointFit app?
If you're having trouble logging in to the JointFit mobile app, use this guide.
Our mobile applications use your mobile phone number for signing in. This makes it simple for you to get started, or get back into the app if you were signed out.
Using your mobile phone number
When logging in to the JointFit app, you will be prompted to enter your mobile phone number. If referred by a clinic, this will be the same number you have provided to the clinic.
Sign in process
- Enter your mobile phone number
- Tap 'Request Activation Code'
- You will receive an activation code via SMS. Enter this number into the app.
- Tap 'Sign in'
You have 30 seconds to enter the activation code. If this time runs out, simply request a new activation code.
If you did not receive an activation code, check that you entered your mobile phone number correctly by tapping 'Change mobile number' and trying again.
