Set Up Your Clinic on JointFit

Setting up your clinic on JointFit takes two parts:  you set up the clinic and your own account, then invite clinicians onto the care team. Each clinician invite is verified by Beyond The Clinic before they can sign in, so there's a short handoff between inviting a clinician and them getting access.

Before you begin

You'll need:

  • A valid email address for the Practice Manager account
  • Your clinic's ABN and practice address
  • Each clinician's full name, email address, AHPRA registration number, speciality, and practice location

Step 1 — Review Terms and Privacy

On the sign-up screen, read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then check "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy." Select Next to continue.

Step 2 — Set up your account

Enter your first name, last name, and role, and confirm your email address. This becomes your Practice Manager login for JointFit.

Step 3 — Set up your clinic

Enter your clinic name, ABN, clinic type, and full practice address (street, city, postcode, state), plus a clinic phone number and email. You can add a logo here too — it uploads once the clinic record is created. Select Next to continue.

Step 4 — Invite your care team

On the Care Team screen, invite each clinician by entering their email, AHPRA number, first and last name, speciality, and practice location. Select Queue for approval to submit the invite.

💡 Note: Queuing an invite doesn't grant access straight away — Beyond The Clinic verifies every clinician's AHPRA registration before they can sign in. You can cancel an invite from this screen while it's still pending.

What happens next: Beyond The Clinic's ops team checks the AHPRA number against the public register.

  • If it checks out, the clinician's account is created and they receive a sign-in email automatically.
  • If it doesn't, the invite is removed and Beyond The Clinic's Customer Success team follows up with you directly to sort it out — no action needed on your end.

You're all set

Your clinic is set up and your invites are on their way to verification. You can add any remaining clinicians from the Clinicians screen at any time.
