You will be charged the full appointment fee at the time of booking your appointment.

Cancellations and No-Shows

To ensure we can provide timely care to all our clients, please note the following policy:

  • You will be sent an SMS from TyroHealth on the day of your scheduled appointment. This notification must be actioned and payment must be completed prior to your appointment.
  • If payment is not received, your physiotherapy appointment will not go ahead as planned and will be rescheduled to another day.
  • If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours notice: No fee will be charged and you will receive a full refund if cancelling.
  • Cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show up without prior notice: The appointment will be forfeited.

Private Health Insurance
  • We'll provide an itemised receipt after your appointment so you can lodge a claim with your private health fund.

  • Please note:

    We are unable to lodge health fund claims on your behalf.

  • Rebates vary depending on your fund and coverage level. For specific information, please contact your health fund directly.
