Billing Policy for Beyond The Clinic
Appointment Fees
You will be charged the full appointment fee at the time of booking your appointment.

Cancellations and No-Shows
To ensure we can provide timely care to all our clients, please note the following policy:
- A 50% cancellation fee will apply if you:
- Cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance.

- Do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice.
In the case of late cancellations or no-shows, a 50% refund will be issued from your original payment.
If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, no fee will be charged and you will receive a full refund if cancelling.

Private Health Insurance

We’ll provide an itemised receipt after your appointment so you can lodge a claim with your private health fund.
